Level 3 Diploma in Performing Arts

Assessment is based on your performances and written work throughout the
year. You will also be able to reflect on your own practice and agree your own
targets for development.

Successful students will go on to seek employment within the performing arts
industry. Alternatively, you may choose to further your education by progressing
on to higher education or enrolling in a specialised dance or drama school to
refine your skills.

There are no fees for this course if you are under 18.
If you are aged 19 or above, please contact us for more information about fees and funding.
Other costs include – uniform, dance shoes, stationery, workshop costs.

As part of this course, you will complete work experience that will give you
real-world exposure to the industry, where you will be able to apply what you
have learned in a professional setting.

You will also have the opportunity to watch a professional show at the
Marlowe Theatre, as well as shows in the Lanfranc Theatre and Gulbenkian
Theatre.

You do not need previous acting experience to apply, but ability and suitability for this course is determined through an audition process. More information about this will be given at the application stage.
