Level 3 Diploma in Media Production: Radio, TV and Print

Practical and written assignments, as well as group projects and production work take place throughout the course. Your portfolio of your work will be graded by external assessors against your unit criteria.

There is also a final major project which will determine your final grade for the qualification.

Progress to higher education at a range of universities and prestigious film/media schools across the country and the world.

You could also go onto a specialised apprenticeship or start your professional career in several roles based on your interests and strengths.

There are no fees for this course if you are under 18.

We work closely with the Canterbury Times and Heart FM to take part in local media projects, which help grow your skills and enhance your learning outside of the classroom.

There are a variety of trips and expert talks, where you will meet people from the industry who can help you grow your skillset and your network.

Dedicated Work Experience opportunities will be supported by our Industry Liaison Officer, who will find additional opportunities that are right for you.

Media Facilities include our Mac Computer Suites, a Photography studio and an industry standard recording studio. All these facilities are available for you to use anytime during your studies.
