Whether you’re picking up a pencil for the first time or you’re an experienced artist, Experimental Drawing offers a unique opportunity to explore and push the boundaries of your drawing practice.

This course provides dedicated time, expert guidance and a wide range of materials to help you take your art to the next level.

Course information

Throughout the course, you’ll be introduced to a variety of drawing techniques, tools, and mediums that encourage exploration. You’ll learn how to take creative risks, and develop confidence in your drawing.

Some elements we’ll cover include:

  • Observational and expressive drawing
  • Using unconventional tools and surfaces
  • Combining wet and dry materials (e.g. ink, charcoal, graphite, collage)
