Course overview

These evening classes run in the fully equipped industry standard print room at Canterbury School of Visual Arts and delivered by Andy Fisher, a professional in the field. Regular exhibiting opportunities are promoted throughout the year.

Course information

The course will start with a comprehensive induction to the main disciplines
involved in printmaking and the safe use and operation of the materials and
equipment used. Following the induction, you will be able to freely use the
facilities for your own exciting creative projects or to follow a project set by
the tutor.

Held in a friendly and supportive environment the course is suitable for
absolute beginners as well as more practiced print makers that need a studio to
work in.

This is a 10 week course from 6.00pm – 9.00pm on the following dates:

Print – 1 / 10 – Thurs 22nd Feb
Print – 2 / 10 – Thurs 29th Mar
Print – 3 / 10 – Thurs 7th Mar
Print – 4 / 10 – Thurs 14th Mar
Print – 5 / 10 – Thurs 21st Mar
Print – 6 / 10 – Thurs 28th Mar

All dates avoid college holidays. Free parking is available on site.

Location – If you are new to Canterbury College (New Dover Road) please come to the main reception and the tutor will meet you there 15 minutes before the start of the course.
