Level 3 Diploma in Graphic Design

You will be set a final major project at the end of the course, which will be externally moderated to determine your grade.

Progress to higher education at a range of Universities and prestigious art schools across the country and the world. Previous students have undertaken courses in areas such as illustration, advertising, fashion marketing, games design and more.

You could also go onto a specialised apprenticeship or start your professional career in the art industry in a diverse range of creative careers.

There are no fees for this course if you are under 18.

At the end of each year, your work is displayed in the College’s end of year exhibition. We also organise community art shows which help grow your skills and enhance your learning outside of the classroom.

There are a variety of trips including museum visits, art exhibitions and artist talks, where you will meet other local artists and continue to grow your network.

Dedicated Work Experience opportunities will be supported by our Industry Liaison Officer, who will find additional opportunities that are right for you.

Depending on the qualifications you hold upon enrolment, you may be advised to study this qualification over two or three years. This will be thoroughly discussed at interview to ensure that you are on the most appropriate programme of study.
