Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Intermediate Apprenticeship Level 2
For those employed within the motor industry. Students will be taught the specialist skills needed to become a mechanic and be able to put the skills learnt into practice in the workplace.
What will I learn?
Learn the theory at College and practical skills in the workplace. Level 2 covers basic vehicle repairs such as replacement of wheels, brakes and clutches.
How will I be assessed?
Assessment takes place within the workplace.
What may it lead to?
Students can progress to Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship.
Entry Requirements
Those who have GCSEs at Grade C or above including English and Mathematics and IT.
