Adobe Illustrator is the industry standard software for creating vector based graphics. It is ideal for producing infographics to enhance print and website promotional material. Create logos, maps and illustrations that can be enlarged without loss of quality. Save files as jpegs or import into Photoshop to further develop the images.
Please DO NOT use the Safari web browser on Apple devices when using the online application system, there are known issues with some of the form pages.
Supported browsers are Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome.
What will I learn?
The course is taught by a qualified tutor working in the graphics industry and as a result students will benefit from current best practice in the world of graphic design. This course is ideal for total beginners and compliments Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign which are available evening courses at Canterbury College.

This course can lead to Graphic Design qualifications and advanced Illustrator courses.
There are no entry requirements. If you are new to Adobe Illustrator, you should allow yourself plenty of time to practice and play with it both before and after this course.

Payment for the course will be taken when you register, so please have payment details available when you call the College. Courses run from 18:30 until 20:30 on a Monday for 5 weeks. The cost for this course is £95.
