Interactive Media NCFE Certificate - Level 1
This course has been designed to appeal to students who are interested in digital technology and would like to pursue a career in interactive media. This course will provide very valuable portable skills for young people that will enable them to work in a variety of sectors and industries. During the course you will research, plan, design and produce web site using industry standard software.
What will I learn?
, Exploring interactive media products and processes , Understanding and using computer systems in an interactive media design environment , Exploring ideas and creating interactive media content , Assembling interactive media products to produce final work. In addition students will study and take test in at least one functional skill in English, Mathematics or ICT as part of their main programme.
How will I be assessed?
Practical assessments, group projects and production work. All units are assessed and graded and an overall grade for the qualification is awarded.
What may it lead to?
The course offers a progression to Level 2 Media Production.
Entry Requirements:
Students must show an interest in the subject matter and complete a satisfactory interview.
