What will I learn?
For managers and assistant mangers within the Care Sector who already have a Level 4 qualification e.g. NVQ 4 in Care, Health and Social Care, Diploma in Nursing, Diploma in Social Work, Diploma in Welfare Studies or Nursing qualifications. The course will enable managers to meet the National Minimum Standards.
How will I be assessed?
Students will create a portfolio of evidence and will be assessed through Independent assessment
What may it lead to?
Students will be more confident to gain greater responsibility within the workplace
Entry Requirements:
Students must have Level 2 literacy and subject to interview.

Students have to be a manager/assistant manager of nursing, residential, or domiciliary setting.
