Graphic Design - A Level
This builds on the units explored during AS Graphic Design.
What will I learn?
You will explore ideas and concepts and work on a self-initiated project as well as a 3,000 word illustrated study on a contextual theme in graphic design. Finally, students will undertake a controlled test to complete the full A Level qualification. You will have the opportunity to attend European Gallery visits during the course.
How will I be assessed?
Through a mixture of practical assessments, written assignments and examinations.
What may it lead to?
Students from this course have an excellent record in gaining places on degree courses such as Graphic Design, Advertising, Graphic & Visual Communication, Illustration, Photography, Typography, Animation, Games Design, Fashion, Fine Art and Architecture.
