Next Step is a new service where you can access free, fair and confidential advice about careers, education, progression and support. We can offer Information, Advice and Guidance regarding:

- Identifying your personal interests and skills and link them to a job or career using Career matching web based program
- Understanding the job market
- Searching for and applying for jobs
- Finding funding to support any learning
- Developing your CV
- Improving your interview and presentation skills
- Suggesting ways to progress in your current job
- Brushing up on your English, Maths and IT skills
- Course advice
