There are five members of staff regularly in the Children's Centre working directly with the children.

Three hold a Level 3 qualification or above, two hold a Level 2 qualification.

All staff have a continuous training program and are continuously attending training and courses relevant to their roles as practitioners.

A kitchen supervisor with a Food and Hygiene Certificate is employed to organise and maintain the Centre's kitchen areas.

The nursery also has its own bank of supply staff, maintained by the College's HR department, who hold a Level 2 or higher qualification.

All staff hold the "Enhanced CRB" and this is maintained by the College's HR department.
