Hairdressing students celebrate in Sheppey
On Wednesday 7 July over eighty hair dressing students at the our Sheppey campus celebrated at their end year awards ceremony.
The students, who completed NVQ Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in theoretical and practical hairdressing all received a certificates from their course tutors and the new Head of Campus, Philip Wicker.
The hour and a half ceremony also celebrated hair dressing Students of the Year and the winners are as follows:

Level 1 Student of the year was Rhian Harris and received a selection of professional tools of the trade. |

Level 2 Student of the year is Kirsty Brabon and received salon professional scissors, donated by Sally Hair Suppliers. |
|
|
Level 3 Student of the year is Vicki Hopkins and received an advanced colouring course, given by Goldwell. |
Vocational Team Leader, Fay Morgan said, “We have been thrilled with the high standard shown by our Hair Students. The Level 3 students put on an excellent Hair Extravaganza in April with demonstrations of great creativity.”
Mr Philip Wicker, Head of Sheppey Campus, said, “It is wonderful to be able to celebrate such excellent achievement. It is a great credit to the students and their tutors”.
