KCC 16+ Travel Card
Information about Kent County Council’s 16+ bus travel scheme for students can be found here. If the cost of travel is a concern, you may be eligible for the College Learning Allowance (see below).
Important information about KCC 16+ travel cards
This year, as in the past, we were expecting to support students age 16-18 who require help with bus travel by obtaining KCC 16+ travel cards for their use.
Unfortunately KCC Travel Cards can no longer be obtained by us on an college-wide basis.
The College remains committed to supporting our students so if you require assistance with travel you should still apply for Student Financial Support using the forms available from our website.
If your application has been successful we will support your bus travel by issuing you with Stagecoach Megarider passes on a weekly basis.
Stagecoach Megarider weekly passes can be used for 7 days unlimited bus travel throughout Kent. Students will be able to collect their weekly Megariders from Monday 3 September on days and times to be advised.
