Sports Co-ordinator
Your Sports Co-ordinator is here to help and support you.
“My role within the College is similar to the SSCo role within secondary Schools. I work specifically with 16-19 year olds, to improve and enhance the college based sport enrichment. I seek to support, train, develop and deploy sports leaders, volunteers and officials. I act as the link between the School sports Partnership, the local sports clubs, the County Sports Partnerships, the National Governing Bodies, and the community Sports Networks. “

Canterbury College Sports Teams
During the summer term we will be running Tennis and Cricket teams. If you are interested in playing for either of these teams and require more information about training and fixtures, please come and see me.
Sports Initiatives:
Sports / Young Ambassadors
These are a select group of current students who represent all that is good about sports participation, leadership and volunteering at Canterbury College. You will see them around college, helping to inform you about what activities we have on offer, and how you can get involved.
Leadership Academy
We need you to volunteer to lead, coach or just help out. Sports Activities in and around Canterbury can not take place without the help of people like yourself. Join the Leadership Academy and get involved in running some of the districts sports events. Contact me for information on how you can get involved.
