Record Numbers Attend Open Day
"The Street" area of Canterbury College
A record 3,000 people attended the Open Day at Canterbury College on Wednesday 11 November 2009.
The visitors were welcomed into the state-of-the-art campus by special Student Ambassadors and directed to where over 40 subject areas from across the college were showcasing their courses and facilities.
The visitors had the opportunities to tour the campus, speak to staff and students and take part in interactive activities at the stands.
Canterbury College is one of the largest further education providers with over 300 courses in a wide range of subject areas. Over the last two years the college has seen a steady increase in enquiries, website traffic and Open Day attendance.
